My name is Ida and I'm a yoga teacher passionate about making yoga accessible for anyone. Every body is unique and I believe that yoga is an instrument to get to know your whole self with a present mind.
Sometimes we just need some help to find our focus and I'm here to share my own tips and tricks.
My yoga classes includes dynamic and rhythmic vinyasa, yin & yang flows and strong, grounding practices. I also offer restorative rehab classes for seniors and people battling with injuries.
I really believe in the power of breath and awareness and therefore all my classes includes breathwork and meditation to seal the practice in the right state of mind.
